... HHmn... Interesting concept... Demons/devils consuming the souls of ne'er-do-well and scofflaws that haven't amounted to much, and replacing them with souls that have languished in Purgatory and may show a little more gumption with the material lives now given.
At least, that is what I *think* is going on, and I am sticking with it, until provided with further information. So there! :P

Still have no clue why said demons/devils need to inhabit the bodies of teenagers before they can even get started being ne'er-do-well and scofflaws, or becoming useful members of society...
